I purchased a 1884 Springfield Trapdoor Carbine from Tom and I love it. I defiantly and will purchase from Tom again and will recommend him to all my friends. Hard to come across an honest gun salesmen. Some are like used car salesmen.

I had been searching for an antique Winchester Rifle for sometime now, gun shows & websites, then finally found the one I wanted, started reading the reviews of the sellers 5 star rating....Wow! is this guy that good? So I called & emailed Tom Burness, he responded immediately, which others may take days, I have to say speaking with Mr. Burness he truly knows his American history on rifles, the gun I purchased was a Winchester 92 SRC 44WCF (mfgr 1894) It felt like I was back in high school listening to my history teacher... I want to say thanks to Tom for educating me with info I did not know about the 92 Win. Honesty and professionalism is what Mr. Burness is all about, I will recommend Tom Burness to my friends. I recently purchased a Winchester Model 1886 45-70 from Tom. The rifle was exactly like he had listed in his advertisement. When we spoke about the rifle, he went over the rifle in detail with me.
