#609 Colt 1878 Frontier double action 44-40 revolver Manufactured in 1893 it has a 7 ˝” barrel with a good rolled marking on the side of barrel “COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER” and on the top of barrel “COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A.” and has excellent bore and good marking on frame with Rampant Colt stamped on left side of frame in circle. Action works great in double and single action and locks up tight. Gun is all original and retains 80+% original blue on the gun with good eye appeal. Checkered hard rubber grips with rampant colt motif are in excellent condition. This gun is British Proof Marked and comes with a Colt Factory Letter. Serial #323XX $2,995.00 plus shipping $25.00
